The target is to repeat that process until the number 12 appears. There is no time limit, but the board can still end the attempt: if no moves remain before 12 has been created, the stated goal has not been achieved.

Moving plates lets separated equal values meet; a successful combination replaces those two matching blocks with one higher-numbered result.

Objective: Merge identical number blocks until one reaches 12.
